Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Sellergoo (sellergoo.com), operated by Hüseyin Kurtoglu Wolfsohn (sole proprietor), Alte Schulgasse 9, 64850 Schaafheim, Germany · [email protected]. Version 1.0, 28 July 2026. For subscriptions governed by German law the German AGB is the binding version; this English text is provided for international customers and platform reviewers.

1. The service

Sellergoo is a subscription analytics service for e-commerce sellers. You connect your own marketplace, store, accounting and carrier accounts, and Sellergoo reads that data to show profit, costs, inventory and operations reporting, and to perform the actions you trigger. Sellergoo is a tool: it does not sell, ship or account on your behalf.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate registration details, keep your credentials confidential and are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been used without your permission.

3. Connected accounts

When you connect a third-party account (for example QuickBooks Online, Shopify, Amazon, eBay, UPS or FedEx) you authorise Sellergoo to access it on your behalf for the features you use. You may disconnect at any time in Settings; Sellergoo then stops issuing requests and deletes the stored authorisation. Each connected service is provided by that third party under its own terms, and Sellergoo is not responsible for its availability, accuracy, pricing or acts.

4. Your data

Your business data remains yours. We process it to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. We do not sell it and do not use it to build profiles of your customers.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the service unlawfully, or to infringe someone else's rights;
  • connect an account you are not authorised to use;
  • attempt to breach, probe or overload the service or its infrastructure;
  • resell or redistribute the service without a written agreement;
  • use automated access in a way that disrupts the service or breaches a connected provider's terms.

6. Figures are decision support, not advice

Sellergoo computes profit, tax-relevant and accounting figures from the data your connected accounts return. Those figures depend on the completeness and accuracy of that data and on the settings you choose. They are decision support, not tax, accounting, legal or investment advice. Check them against your own records before filing, reporting or making a commercial decision; you remain responsible for your books and filings.

7. Subscription and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen period and renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current period; fees already paid for the running period are not refunded unless the law requires it. Prices and plan limits are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice for future periods. Consumers in the EU keep their statutory right of withdrawal as set out in the AGB.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for continuous availability but do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free; maintenance, third-party outages and provider API changes can interrupt it. We may add, change or remove features, and will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what a paid plan provides.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss caused by inaccurate data supplied by a connected third-party service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or that we are legally required to stop serving, with notice where practicable. On termination we delete or anonymise your data as described in the privacy policy, save where retention is legally required.

11. Governing law

German law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
